The Preferences Passport: coming soon

When someone living with dementia can no longer tell you what they like, who speaks for them?

The Preferences Passport is a free way to write down the things that make a person who they are: the foods they love, the ones they refuse, their allergies, and the small routines that make a day feel right.

Each Passport will have a QR code. Scan it and caregivers and homes can open a simple page that lets them know the person, not just the diagnosis.

We're still building it, and it isn't available yet. In the meantime, read our stories about why being known matters.
